"It was a pretty run down place, had a couple people that were doing drugs in the parking lot sitting in their vehicle with the doors wide open, and other travelers that had children witnessing it. Guess it comes down to you get what you pay for."

"The carpet in the rooms were very dirty. The bed sheets had some hair on them. The continental breakfast was not good. No different selections of food each morning of the stay. No eggs, sausage, bacon. The swimming pool water was cloudy. The bed pillows were in bad shape. Only one elevator working. The bathroom shower tiles looked dirty."

"This place is not a hotel. It is apartments. We stayed 8 days and we got two towels. Had to pay for more. Not soap, shampoo, etc. zero amenities. Cigarette butts every where. Marijuna in the parking lot. Front and back doors don’t lock. Don’t walk away, RUN"

"The room was not bad, beds weren’t very comfortable, but the staff accommodated my needs. Everything is pretty dated but the price point reflects that. No pool or breakfast due to construction. The toilet had a ring that led me to believe it hadn’t been cleaned/ used in a while it was some type of sediment but overall not bad for the price."

"The property was in a convenient location to access downtown Grand Rapids & to get on or off the interstate. I only complaint we had was how cold the temperature was in the indoor pool. Other than that the staff was friendly & helpful, plus there was a good selection for breakfast."

"Staff was listing off all the things they couldnt do for room service. Offering no help. All ending in finding out long stay guests rooms get cleaned last (about 5pm, if they have time) and i needed to tell them when and what i wanted, which is what i was doing but they couldnt do so. I only asked if my room could be cleaned bf 2pm. I was told no. Very unhappy."
