"Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is six years old but looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It took about 5-minutes to realize that the parking garage is actually a public garage next door however it looks brand new as well. My only complaint is that the coffee maker in the room makes a poor very small cup of coffee. Sadly, it a machine that you see a big celebrity being their spokesperson for. "This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay."

"The pool was nice. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The hotel was pretty run down with worn carpeting. In our room, the carpeting was newer. The room had been painted recently, but there were paint runs and spatters. The toilet seat was broken and the shampoo container was broken off the shower wall. There was a faint unpleasant odor in the room."

"It wasn’t horrible, but it was far from great. The rooms were unkept. Surfaces not wiped completely, some weird liquid stain on the wall by the bed & floors that were definitely not mopped, maybe(??) swept… The restaurant being closed was pretty disappointing, especially since breakfast is supposed to be included in the stay, if I’m not mistaken. A heads up during booking would have been greatly appreciated. Either way, a little less focus on the “already gorgeous” (as stated by an employee)...
