"We stayed here for 4 nights. The villa was great. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and cups etc and you are close to many supermarkets to stock up on supplies. The outside with the pool looks great and was the source of many good pictures. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. Bedroom sinks were blocked so was hard to use, but this was the only issue. The overall villa size was adequate for our needs. We felt safe here because it is a gated community with 24h guard. The location is perfect and walkable to nearby beaches, shops, restaurants, bus stops, etc. The hosts are very kind; they organize events on the rooftop for people staying at the villa to get to know each other, even threw a birthday party for me. They are always available to help and guide you throughout the neighborhood and even drive you to places. If you are looking for a place to stay in Peyrebere or Grand-Baie, this place will definitely meet your needs. "

"Résidence conviviale ( 4 appartements ), à proximité du centre ville , super U , restaurants , plage , la piscine privée. Les gardiens sont très sympathiques , toujours à l'écoute pour satisfaire les résidents , sans oublier Laurent. Nous retournerons . Jean Maurice et Annick"

"The property is in need of repairs and thorough cleaning. The dishwasher was broken and leaked water, the whole house had an odd stench like ripe durian, bathrooms had sewage smell for which the plumber came, pool was dirty with a dead cockroach for which the cleaner came.Only one day of housekeeping was provided when in fact in their communication they had committed to two days during our 7 day stay. The manager transferred all blame to property owner."
