"I chose to stay in a more local side of town for this trip to Barcelona and this place did not disappoint. Photos match the unit. Bedrooms are nice size AND has a beautiful terrace outback. About a seven minute walk to the metro, which is only two stops from P.de Gracia. Air-conditioning did not blow ice cold, but it did keep the unit cool. "The check in process isn't so bad. You get the key access via an app after filling out forms with passport info etc. The place was a lot grungier than anticipated. Lots of stains in the bathrooms, ripped furniture and tables that are barely standing. Small uncomfortable beds on springs. The fridge was also really dirty and we had to clean it ourselves before using it. If you're in and out and packing as many people in for a short stay - then sure. The roof deck was not as pictured, one of the two chairs was broken, there were many floor tiles that were broken and appeared unsafe. The upstairs AC never worked and we reached out repeatedly to the host and they were slow to reply. we finally called the emergency number after repeated messages and they hung up and sent us a suggestion on how to troubleshoot the AC but never replied to...
