"My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇"

"Extremely clean, nicely decorated beautiful room. The bed was too soft for us, but got enough sleep to feel refreshed in the morning. Would definitely stay again for 1 night but likely wouldn't more than that due to soft bed. This place is on Hwy 35 but is in a quiet area and is very close to fair ground and artist community shopping. Dog Station is appreciated so that you arent keeping waste bags in the room. Office was locked with no doorbell, but if you call, very quick and pleasant...

"Beautiful view, private pier a few steps away. Very quiet on a one-way street, located in a friendly neighborhood where people walk their dogs and ride their bikes and say hello when they pass you. Less than 10 minutes to an area of Rockport that has several places to eat, both local establishments and chain restaurants as well. The house has window, air conditioners, but we enjoy the background noise because we were both raised at a time when we used box fans in the summer to keep cooler...

"This vacation property is way underpriced for what it offers. The little house is spotless and well-appointed. It had everything we needed. But the back yard is what will bring us back. Pool, hot tub, comfortable lounges, and exotic landscaping, including some of Rockport’s famous huge gnarly live oaks. And our fur baby was welcomed without extra cost (!) We spent a PERFECT week here! Highly recommend. "
