"Cockroaches in the room and bad smell"

"The room was clean but outdated the bathroom was small.No toilet paper holders by the toilet was behind the toilet The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was okay for one night. But probably wouldn't stay again the beds were okay, but you could hear yourself turn over"

"All was good. The lobby lady was so nice, it started raining and we were a few hours early from check in but she let us eat our food in the lobby and was so welcoming. Great location right across from the beach. "

"There was an issue or something when i checked in, since apparently my room was not marked as occupied. Another customer as well as an employee tried to open my room twice while we were in there. Also, somebody went in while we were away, since we noticed some things missing."

"Excellent location; it provides the bare essentials. The only downside—though it has nothing to do with the hotel itself—is the swarm of mosquitoes present at night and in the morning. I would definitely stay here again."

"We reserved a king sized bed and the room came with a desk and chair, fridge, microwave, coffee, and tv with Roku. Parking was tight but right outside our room so that was nice. Overall decent stay for the price! "

"It´s hard to feel more welcome than here :-) Great staff, great rooms, lots of space in the breakfast area, lots of items to chose from - if in Rockport this is definitely the place to stay to feel welcome."

"The toilet leaked, couldn’t get a hold of anybody at the property only seen him when we checked in. The pool was supposed to open at 9 AM never opened found a fingernail in my bed that didn’t belong to me or anyone with me. The water for the bathtub wasn’t even hot. Just terrible. Terrible. Stay altogether. Do not recommend staying there."
