"The condo is nice with a good view. Unfortunately one of the elevators was being worked on when we arrived which left 1 elevator to use resulting in longer waits. A storm came through and knocked the power out leaving us with no elevator and having to walk up 7 flights to get to our room. Overall we had a great experience."

"My husband and I just got back from Key West. We had a fabulous time and loved where we stayed. Ken, the owner, is terrific. Great communication, excellent tips on things to do and places to eat. It a large house and you have a room to stay in with your own bathroom, small kitchen and bed. It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back next time we visit Key West. Thanks Ken for being a great host!!!"

"The property was a bit dated but they were working on upgrades during my visit in certain areas. Otherwise the unit was fresh and clean. View was nice partial view of gulf. Short walk to beach from unit. No issues with parking. Enjoyed the security person nice fellow and helpful. The people l met during my stay were friendly. Not too far from any attractions, food, and shopping."

"Awesome location! The description is accurate and was perfect for the two of us as we explored Key West. Hosts were very responsive. We did not find the neighborhood sketchy as one review described. It was local which, for us, was far more interesting. Great access to everything! Would stay here again!"

"We were looking for a rental that would allow us to have a Private Beach experience. We were very impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area. We took evening strolls prior to the sunset it’s about a 20 minute beach walk to the beach area near the famous Pensacola tower.In fact one of our beach days was at that area...

"The Spectrum Resort townhome was excellent! We loved every minute of our stay there. We also had Mobile Spa come to the townhome while we were staying there. It was fabulous! We plan to return! One request is to stock extra blankets."

"There less than 24 hours but close to passport office which is what we were Dallas for. Hotel is older but clean. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and cool. Bed very comfortable. Nice and spacious rooms. Only issue, couldn’t figure out the hot water in the shower in the morning. No time to worry about it. Overall, nice stay. Most affordable option in town for the night so felt it was worth it. "
