"Nice little apartment. 5 minute walk to the beach. 2 beach chairs and a tent/umbrella are. Didn’t expect that so we brought our own. Very convenient to many shops and restaurants. Not busy when we stayed in September. My only gripe would be that the parking for #3 is hard to get into/ out of. Would have been really hard if #2 was occupied. "

"Could have been a little more clean, there was sand still around places. Otherwise a good place to stay for a short stay. Didn’t like that we have to pay for laundry and difficult to try to check out and set up laundry beforehand. Otherwise good. Communication with manager was amazing super responsive and quick. "

"All communication from Joseph was excellent- he went above and beyond to make sure that the check-in process went smoothly. He also gave excellent recommendations for the area. The unit was meticulously clean. Perfect for two of us. While we were there the dead on the street that Joseph‘s place is located on was quiet, as was the beach area. The busier area of Clearwater is not far away- either a lovely walk or a short drive. My only recommendation would be for updated outdoor beach, chairs, and...
