"Perfect for a relaxing retreat with or without the yoga and a good place for the activities in the Oso/Corcovado area. Jen and Stuart’s hospitality is exceptional - everything you need, when you need it, with no fuss, and very well priced (eg $10 for a delicious lunch). Breakfast is delicious. Stuart’s cocktails are great. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone. The only thing i would have done differently is hiring bikes in town for greater flexibility. "

"Property is an actual retreat, so keep that in mind while booking. Car is almost a must, 4x4 highly recommended but not you can make it there with smaller cars (not that small). The place is very nice, property seems very new. I would definitely come again."

"I stayed just one night at Cabinas upon arriving to the Osa peninsula and it was the perfect landing place to being my trip! The staff was so kind and helpful and it was great to be able to get out on the water and Kayak. The location is walking distance to town for cafes, grocery and restaurants. The price is affordable and the room was very clean and cosy! I would definitely stay again if I travel there! "

We were able to leave our luggage here while we were trekking in the park. The location is great. Close to the beach and good restaurants and only a short walk to town. "DO NOT STAY HERE. I paid for the room through Expedia, and then the hotel owner insisted that I had to pay again. To repeat, I paid *twice* for this room. Expedia customer service promised to refund me for the second purchase, but then failed to do so after the fact. This is a scam. The room had cockroaches. The door wouldn't lock properly. Seriously, avoid at all costs!!!"
