"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Condo was clean. Bedrooms and closets were roomy. Location was perfect. My adult kids and husband loved utilizing the bikes and riding all over the island. Host so graciously had an abundance of towels, beach towels, toilet paper and other essentials. Condo even has a high chair, playpen and dog crate for extra convenience to guests with little ones or pets. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. "This home is in a great location near to shops and grocery stores, not far from the downtown area and only about 25 minutes from the bridge to Jekyll Island. The space was welcoming and well appointed- laundry and dishwasher detergent were available. Bonus: there was coffee! My most frequently forgotten travel must have! We appreciated the communication and ease of check in, as well as the cute neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Listing was true to wording. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. "Tonya was wonderful to work with! She allowed us to check in an hour early and was very thoughtful with dinner recommendations. The house was clean and very comfortable. We were there to move our son into his dorm at The College of Coastal Georgia. This house is in a perfect location to easily and quickly get to the college, downtown Brunswick, St Simons and Jekyll Island. I highly recommend this house! "

"Great location if your main attraction is the beach! The beach is walking distance from the house. There are popular local restaurants just walking distance from the house as well. The house has another connected to it. We had a neighbor, but NEVER heard them. The kitchen has what you need on vacation. The laundry room has laundry soap and dryer sheets. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable!!! I slept like a rock! Saint Simon’s is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for...

"The hotels location is definitely it's best asset. It's located right on the beach, which we loved. Great staff and service. The hotel generally feels safe and welcoming. The hotel is dated, and so are the amenities. The mood at the breakfast area was great, and the meal was ok, but we have had better at other budget hotels. The beds we're comfortable and the rooms very clean. Simply furnished, but we liked it. We had a great stay."
