The location doesn't get any better with walking distance to the beach (0.2 miles), the St. Simons pier (0.6 miles) and an abundance of great restaurants, shopping and various entertainment whether you take a right or left out of the property!

The Blue Pearl is a single story unit, no staircase necessary. Upon entering, you are welcomed to a beautiful, open-concept living room and kitchen with brand new retro style appliances. Make your way down the hallway to bathroom with a standing shower and the master bedroom, which boasts a king-sized bed.

Looking to sleep more than 2? The couch converts to a full sized bed OR inquire about The Black Pearl, a completely separate and identical unit attached that offers a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space and sleeps an additional 2-4 people. Outside is a gas grill, ready for your summer BBQ. Both units in the duplex share the front patio with outdoor seating, including two rocking chairs!
