"When I forgot my toothpaste, the older gentleman at the desk went back to his own room to get me a big tube of toothpaste! Said I could give it back when I was done. I bought him a new one and when I gave it to him, he has found two small sample toothpastes for me. So kind....."

"Room was very clean, housekeeping doesn't bother you if you dont want to be bothered, I like that. But when you need something they will provide it immediately. My room didnt have a remote for the TV, I called the front desk about it and 5 minutes later a guy knocked on my door with a remote. I will def stay here again!!!!! "

"The property over all was kept very clean. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with plenty of towels! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were simple but plentyful. With hot and cold options. This will be my go to hotel whenever I travel to St. Charles, which is several times a year."
