It took 10 minutes to get checked in because the receptionist was talking to some other worker behind the desk, believe me, not work related either.
The desk/table in the room was damaged and was haphazardly held together with two random screws in the corners.
The first night was uncomfortable. The sheets were still wet from being washed last. The carpet was also wet. The following morning I asked what time room service comes around, they said they only replace sheets if youre staying 3 days or more. I asked if I could get fresh sheets because ours were damp and made sleeping uncomfortable, (they did in fact get us fresh sheets) and I also asked if they could dry out the carpet somehow, that wasn't done. So we left the heat on as high as possible while we were out the whole day, fixed most of the problem. But it happened again the following day, damp carpet. It wasnt until our last day that I figured out why the carpet kept getting wet: the provided fridge in the room was faulty and kept defrosting. All our food was unsafe at that point so we just threw it all out. I told the front desk as we were leaving that the fridge was busted and the receptionist said she'd let the maintenance team know.
Not a single apology from any of the three people I spoke to in our time here. They all seemed like they had better things to do.
