"We enjoyed our stay, was nice for our young son to be able to feed the animals onsite. Unfortunately we paid an extra $100 for a 1 hour private spa - I reached out to the company to ask for a refund as we thought this wasn’t acceptable. The spa had chicken poo floating through it and getting swirled all around us. The water was also green. But they have assured us they checked the water conditions and it was ok. "Had difficulty with app but unit spotless. There was a crack in internal garage access door, light in front bedroom not working, toilet paper roll loose and some mould in back bathroom. As the unit seemed new these are not criticisms but feedback brought to Helens attention which she acknowledged straight back. Helen is on these issues and they did not impede on our stay. We would stay there again if in the area."
