"Location is great, very close to downtown Glen Arbor. The place was quiet and comfortable during the July heat. We had our infant with us and had space to set up our pack-n-play. There was some stained make-up on the towels, but otherwise a clean place to stay. We did experience some bugs (typical for the woods nearby) and we shared this with the host. They were very responsive and helpful. Overall, great stay!"

"We were with our family, we walked everywhere in Glen Arbor, the family loved the walking. We had young grandchildren, they loved the park and access to Cherry Republic cherry pop soda. It was a wonderful time! "

The hot tub was lovely and the view from the backyard was absolutely gorgeous. We also loved being so close to Glen Arbor. Highly recommend this property!! "

"We hop around The Homestead condo each summer. This is by far our favorite - even before it was updated with new furniture this year. But the best part is the proximity to the beach - just steps away. Bonfires, swimming, sunsets - what more can you ask for. The owner was super accessible and happy to answer questions. Perfect for a family or 4. We can’t wait to return in ‘26. "

"We had a great time at this property. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room was perfect for our group. The house was very spacious and the yard was awesome. We really enjoyed the beautiful view and the onsite amenities such as the game room, campfire area, kayaks, and fishing rods. We can't wait to come back and stay here in the spring or summer!"

"A group of 12 friends rented this property for a golf trip in the Glen Arbor area. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds/space for all of us. After golf we could all hang out on the top deck of the house. A few from our group jumped in the water after golf to relax as well. Overall a great experience, and if we go back to the area again for golfing, I will be checking if this house is available and rent from Josh again."

"From Portland, OR to NYC and three other locations we gathered at "Right in the Middle of IT" for a wonderful seven days of talking, cooking, relaxing, exploring villages and wineries and other sites, hot tubing, and more. It is a beautiful home that met our needs. The house was immaculate, large and welcoming. There were plenty of places to hang out and it was so spacious we sometimes headed in the wrong direction to our intended place. The kitchen was huge and filled with every item that...
