Hotel 3 star because of; - small rooms and small bathrooms - next to railway line/station. A lot of noice from the trains, day and most of the night. Bar ok, with decent bar menu. Restaurant closed. Great breakfast Nice staff in the Bar, reception and at the breakfast. As a businessman with more than 50 hotel nights a year, i prefer a hotel with no train passing my window 20 mtrs away.

Expectations were not met
Dated room with carpet stains, leaky window, and low shower presure. As a Gold member I was not offered the member benefits. Reception staff was great and location is good, but overall a disappointing experience that do not match the expectation. Will stay elsewhere next time.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel staff was very friendly and our room was upgraded to one with a better view! Everything was very clean and check-in/out was very simple.

Lovely business hotel or for a stay during the week. The weekends might be a little difficult. We counted at least three “Hen Weekends” or bachelorette party groups on our Saturday night stay. While they all seemed to be having fun, they had no regard for the other guests-returning late at night in a loud and obnoxious manner. I can’t say that management could have controlled this. I’m just putting out a warning for weekend visits.

We booked this for one night before our flight the next morning. It is close to Terminal 3 at Heathrow and a very good hotel for our need. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Beautiful room. There is no parking and access to the door on arrival is bad. They do make a good effort to tell you where to park through the web but it is still not easy and not good enough for me.

The bathroom was outstanding. The shower was truly a several steps above any shower we have seen in any place we have stayed. The food was excellent (Scottish breakfast was remarkable) and room service was 5 star. I cannot think of anything at the hotel I was disappointed in.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was lovely & clean & equipped with everything we needed. The bar & restaurant area is very nice and the breakfast was fantastic. We were attending an event at The Hydro and it was only a 20 minute walk along the river to the venue so would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar area was lovely to sit in for drinks.
