"This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed...

"I had a wonderful stay at this place! It is SUPER clean and close to lots of things; easy to get to where you want to go from there. I was staying in town for a conference, and it’s a 5-7 minute walk to the convention center. The owners have thought of everything-so many cute little touches in the loft. It’s a whole vibe in there! Great experience and I would definitely stay there again!"

"My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We appreciated the host being able to accommodate us an earlier check in and later check out time to maximize our short time away. They only charged us a small fee. The place was clean. So clean that I didn't feel I needed to wipe anything down, which is usually the case when we go to other places. The view was stunning and we had nice weather. "We drove 10 hrs to take my father to an Orioles game to full fill his bucket list to find out after the game and checking into our condo someone was already in there staying because it was already booked out for the weekend. I had to call and talk to someone for over an hour to find out that they couldn’t help but tell me I should be getting a refund. They said I had to find my own stay somewhere else at 10:20pm. "This place was great! We were in Annapolis for a wedding and extended our weekend for 4 day. We parked our car and never touched it again until we departed. We walked everywhere. Saw the sights enjoyed multiple pubs and restaurants. Ellen was super responsive with all our inquiries. The apartment was really well set up with so many supplies. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone! "

The lodging was very clean and had everything that we needed. We were very close to everything and could walk to various places in the area if needed. Also not far from ISNA. "Our family enjoyed this property. It is located in a small condo building with parking. The property is exactly as advertised, clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and being on the water. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, and the condo was definitely comfortable with four. It is quick walk to downtown Annapolis across the bridge and we walked back and forth several times during the weekend. The owner is communicative and responsive. Definitely recommend!"
