"This is a fantastic rental for a stay in Atlanta! The neighborhood is safe and friendly. The rental itself is an ADU. Only drawback is the walkway is gravel and a paver path so rolling a suitcase isn't going to happen. Once you get to the door though, it is fantastic! Nice decorated and furnished, new condition and well layed out.The street parking was easily available every day. "It was a cozy studio perfect for one person. I enjoyed sitting on the veranda with coffee or a cocktail and watching the world go by. The beach is a literal two minute walk.The unit needs better lighting, though. The high light bulbs are not enough. It also needs another electrical outlet in the bathroom or kitchen area. I had a lot of trouble with the coded deadbolt lock and when I called the property manager they were no help. I ended up leaving the door unlocked while I was away for fear of...
