After more than an hour of trying with customer service and the handyman, while freezing, it was decided we were out of luck and would be staying at a different location. The person offering the second location said it would be a 4 bedroom unit but I could only use one room because the cleaning fee would be more than the cost to clean the entire first place just to clean an additional room.
