ExumaOnTheRocks: Luxury Villa On its Own Private Peninsula

This five star luxury home has over 6,000 square feet of living space and over 180 degree views of the world famous Elizabeth Harbor. It is centrally located outside the capital of Great Exuma called Georgetown and is in an exclusive gated community with 24/7 security. It has exquisite views of Elizabeth Harbor in every room of the house. Overall, the home has 4 bedrooms all with 6 bathrooms, one of the largest private pools on the island as well as a private dock to keep up to a 45 foot boat and an over the water lounging area plus an ocean front walkway. The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen) with each bedroom with ensuite, newly remodeled  bathrooms with gorgeous designs. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor in the fully equipped, newly remodeled  apartment that is accessed with a separate entrance. The apartment has a bedroom (queen), a full kitchen, remodeled bathroom and a living room with an additional sleeper sofa - apartment is over 1800 square feet.The property is on its own private peninsula on  double ocean front lots as well as beach access a few minute walk. The extensive gardens and paths around the property are an extra bonus.Other unique features include luxury coastal furniture, high speed wifi, smart ceiling fans, full gourmet kitchen with new appliances, extra large dining room, sun room, laundry rooms,  pool kitchen, pool bathroom and shower, and beautiful outdoor furniture including a gazebo with a dining table on the water. February Point Beach club includes beach, pool, spa, and separate fitness facility. Massages available for additional cost.

This was the most spectacular place we have ever stayed and so perfect for our group! It’s not just the views that are breathtaking, every room is beautiful, spacious and perfectly appointed! The chef’s kitchen, outdoor pool, pool kitchen, and multiple amazing outdoor hang out areas make it a perfect group get away. The owner is terrific and will promptly take care of everything! Thank you so much for the trip of a lifetime!

Beautiful location/views right on the water! Just a 20 min walk to town and water taxis. The house, rooms, and pool were all clean. Sharon was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The only complaint would be that the fitness center needs some updates, over half the equipment was out of order. We would definitely stay here again!

A stellar home with an amazing and attentive owner. Perhaps the best location in all of Exuma, with views over Stocking Island, a private pool, an amazing sunrise to start each day, and lovely furnishings and a full equipped kitchen. The long dock is a perfect spot to watch the sun come up or to jump in the crystal clear water. LOVE

After our Jamaica Thanksgiving plan got cancelled thanks to Hurricane Melissa, I wasn’t sure how I would be able to find a place to accommodate our family on such short notice. Sharon not only opened up her beautiful home to us (with breathtaking views I might add), but she went above and beyond to connect us to her favorite driver, chefs on island, captain, kayak and Paddleboard rentals, jet ski rentals and massage therapist! She also provided menus for two Thanksgiving meal options and told us all the best places to go based on our kids’ interests. The home was clean when we arrived and was pre stocked with groceries so we could go straight to the water to immerse ourselves in paradise! With so much just a paddle away, we never felt like we had to leave “home” to make amazing memories with our loved ones! We will absolutely return to Exuma on the rocks!

One of our favorites on the island!

My husband and I are in Exuma very often and stay at a lot of rentals! Exuma on the Rocks was incredible! Spacious and clean and in the perfect location! Loved that the home was located in the beautiful gated community of February Point! Sharon was so kind and easy to get in touch with if we needed anything! Highly recommend! Pictures do not do it justice for how beautiful this property is!

I can’t say enough about this property!! Tons of room, view is outstanding, and the location cannot be beat!! Sharon, the property owner, was the most helpful! She answered all my questions prior to and during our stay. February Point is a gated community, very safe and even has a Beach Club with some of the best food we had (Rusty Anchor). We will absolutely come back!

Our crew of friends had a wonderful stay in the Exumas! The hosts were great with communication and everything at the house was as the listing and pictures showed. The views and pool were amazing and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Absolutely Heavenly

The home was immaculate and beautiful! Gardens, views and pool were wonderful. We loved the local food, conch salads and fritters were our favorites. The owners and concierge were very responsive. We rented a boat and loved the many private beaches and amazing marine life. The dock was deep and no problems getting in and out. We have traveled a lot, and this beautiful home and island are our favorites!

Huge house great view

We have stayed at multiple houses in Feb Point. We enjoyed Exuma on the rocks. The house management is some of the best we have experienced. The home has everything you need. Our only disappointment was the 4th bedroom is on the bottom floor of the house and only accessed down an outside path. Fortunately this wasn't an issue because our 22 year old son was able to stay down there. This might be something to consider if you are travelling with younger children. It's a perfect space for the right group of travellers and worked for us. I would recommend booking this home.

Wonderful home and Wonderful Hosts!

This property is one of a kind. We were only able to stay a couple days but felt so much at home. You feel like your on your own private estate........which your are with everything this home offers. Large and spacious rooms and views to die for. Very impressed with this home and the area surrounding it. You are in a gated community that is well cared for and everyone is friendly. A gem in Exuma that we are glad we found.
