Secondly, we couldn't have picked a more beautiful property to stay at then Xanadu House! The house has the most spectacular views from every angle!!! "Beautiful home and property. Pool was amazing as well as the view. Ocean colors were so gorgeous- different shades of blue. Unfortunately it was pretty windy while we were there so actually going into the ocean was difficult due to the waves. But it was still beautiful. Found a couple other beaches close by that were calmer and spent hours there. Georgetown close by as well as the airport. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas for shade around the pool. "We really loved our stay! The host was awesome and communicated very well. We even got to check in a bit early which was so nice after our all night flight. The beach nearby was amazing and we walked there each morning. The house was perfect; it was so nice to have the kayaks and other beach things. My son loved the skim board. It was also very handy to have the washer/dryer so we didn’t have a ton of laundry upon returning home!"

"We spent a week here with our 2 kids (9 & 6 yo) and loved every second!! The view is breath taking, the outdoor patio furniture wonderful, quick walk to the beach with all the chairs, kayaks, stand up paddle boards you could need. The beach is very quiet, only a few others around. The house is beautiful with comfortable bedding and linens, a well equipped kitchen and cozy family room to watch movies. The host was very helpful and extremely communicative. We can’t wait to be back!"

The location of the home in Great Exuma was great especially since our favorite beach is only 20 minutes away (Forbes Hill). We felt like we were in our own little world and heard nothing but nature. "This house was so well equipped. It had so many floaties, kayaks, and paddle boards for the pool and beach. We had board games and books inside. We had a play pen for the baby to sleep in. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked every day. The nearby grocery store was good. The property manager wouod answer me within less than 4 minute response time. You need this house in your life. The beach is so amazing there is no need to go explore other beaches. You made it to pure paradise."

"Beautifully appointed house, with an incredible ocean view, anchored by the best outdoor area with an infinity pool. Relaxing, refreshing, and the perfect place to decompress and forget about the rat race. We had eleven in our party including five teenagers and the house accommodated us perfectly. We enjoyed a couple of boat rides, snorkeling, paddle boarding, among so many fun things. Heather was great and I highly recommend the Sandbar! I hope we go back in the future!"

"We stayed at Villa Oceana last week and had the best time. We were celebrating my 50th birthday. Lynda was wonderful in helping us find a restaurant for my birthday dinner and helping us get a cake and gluten free cupcakes (my daughter is GF) delivered for my birthday. "My family of 11 had an incredible time at Vista Blue. The house is immaculate, very comfortable and has everything you possibly could need. The views are indescribable. We enjoyed our many walks on the beach, just relaxing poolside or down at the beach with the kayaks and paddle boards. Spence (home manager) was exceptional for any needs and easy to contact. "We just left Sea Garden after a week at the property. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach was mostly secluded the entire week we were there. The home is pretty much as advertised and all the beds were very comfortable. The AC in the home worked great.
