Beautiful, centrally located, short drive to beaches and stores.

  • Casita Exuma is located on Great Exuma and in the Village at Hooper's Bay, about a 10-minute drive from both the Exuma International Airport and George Town. 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse for 4 people. The Village is a secure and private complex with 6-villas, on-site management and staff that can assist you during your stay. Wi-Fi and parking are included.

    First floor: The 2 bedrooms, each one with ensuite bathrooms, are on the ground floor along with a walk-in closet and a laundry room (which is available for your use). The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have access to a screened porch. The first floor also has a deck .

    Second floor: The open concept kitchen, living and dining room is on the second floor along with a powder room. The kitchen is well-equipped with all basic appliances, cookware, glassware, utensils, etc. A second screened porch is located on the second floor where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the natural vegetation.

    Guest Access - the onsite property manager will welcome you on arrival.

    Check Out: 10 am

Nice and spacious accommodations and central to the entire island. Communication with owner was seamless and there is a property manage on site or nearby if there are issues. There is a lovely pool on the property as well. Beds we very comfortable and the condo is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. Also the beach chairs and beach towels were a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this property and will definitely be back for a third! Great location, super cute and clean, and had everything we needed. Having the pool to ourselves was a plus. Thank you, Ingrid!

Great location

This cottage was not on the beach but it was very comfortable and convenient t to town, beaches, grocery stores, etc. we loved the pool at the end of each day.

Great Exuma Rental

This traditional Bahamian property is centrally located on the island, not far from the airport or shopping. Also a great place with all you need for a vacation on this beautiful island where you will want to spend time at the beach or the option of the community pool that’s only a few steps from your condo. Either way, a great place for fun in the sun.

Perfect for Us!

Beautiful and spacious! Perfect for our situation. The house was like home away from home for two weeks. Great location in a quiet "village" and for exploring both ends of the island. Access to the pool was great too! Provided a relaxing experience for us.

Nice, Private, Centrally Located Property

The property was as described in the listing and accommodated our family well for nearly a week. We appreciated the cleanliness and amenities like the water and beach towels. If I had to suggest any improvements, I would recommend supplying a couple more sets of bath towels and bar soap for the showers. Overall a nice place to stay for our family.

Bahamian Dream

Our visit to our favorite island was made complete at Casita Exuma. Ingrid welcomed us to her beautiful villa which included everything we needed during our stay. An added bonus is the large pool right outside our door. The villa is in Hooper's Bay and is close to Georgetown, which we visited daily. We've been back a few days and miss it already!

Perfectly Cute & Ideally Located

We had a wonderful time in Exuma and the villa had everything we needed for our two and a half weeks stay. It was cute, very clean, and ideally located. Ingrid was an absolute pleasure and had all the information you would possibly need to know about the island. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our host, Ingrid, was in touch immediately to welcome us right after we booked. The property looks just like the pictures. The place is extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the towels were luxurious. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook if you want. Our favorite room was the screened in second floor veranda with a view of the trees. It is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The property is close to the grocery store and restaurants as well as the airport and gas station. Check in and checkout were seamless. Our host answered our questions quickly. Part of what makes your vacation a wonderful experience is where you stay. We would absolutely love to come again!

We had a wonderful stay at Hoopers Bay Village! The house was spotlessly clean and fully ready when we checked in — a great first impression. The host and on-site property manager were exceptionally responsive and friendly throughout our stay, going out of their way to ensure our experience was comfortable and memorable.The amenities were excellent and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals — a big plus for our family. We especially loved the pool, which was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Stepping out onto the balcony each morning to a beautiful garden view was a lovely way to start the day.The location is fantastic — Hoopers Bay Beach is just minutes away, George Town is easily accessible, and the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing family vacation. Parking was hassle-free with convenient on-site space.We would absolutely return here on our next visit to Exuma and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and serene island getaway.”

Great Stay!

Our stay at Casita Exuma was fabulous! The house is exactly like the pictures online. Very clean! We loved having the washer and dryer. We also loved that the kitchen had utensils in the house which made cooking breakfasts and dinners so much easier. They also had beach chairs and floats to use while we were there. The pool was nice to go in after a long day on the boat or at beaches. Communication with Ingrid and Donoardo was great with their speedy response times. We enjoyed our stay!
