due to fire hazard, outdoor wood burning is strictly banned by the City of Gatlinburg from October to next year's May

we have a brand new stack washer and dryer.

The furniture's maximum weight capacity is 500lbs. Plus-size visitors may consult the host before making a reservation.

✪ PARKING
there is plenty of parking space on the premise. One parking space for a full sized pick up. There is also an additional parking space for other vehicles and trailers.

✪ PETS/ANIMALS
Pets or animals are not allowed

✪ Smoking
Smoking and piping are not allowed.
