Located in the scenic Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg, the cabin feels tucked away in nature yet is only 1.7 miles to downtown. Enjoy easy access to trails, waterfalls, shopping, dining, and everything Gatlinburg has to offer.

Getting Around:
Paved roads lead to the cabin with a private parking space for one vehicle.
While most vehicles are fine in clear weather, we recommend 4x4 for added safety when visiting the Smoky Mountains, especially in winter or rainy conditions.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 years or older to book.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
• Parking is limited to 1 vehicle.
• 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel. Roads are paved but can be impacted by weather.
• Fireplace is gas and operates seasonally (Oct–Mar).
• Keurig and regular coffee maker provided—bring your own coffee.
• Charcoal grill available—bring your own charcoal.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled before each guest stay. On check-in day, it may need time to heat—adjust as needed.
• Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Incredible amazing mountain retreat

We had so much adventure wandering the mountainside & going to dolly wood.. we definitely suggest renting a jeep. It is so much fun.!!! will not be disappointed in this cabin, high quality, amazingly clean, and we just felt right at home ….

Great stay

My wife and I just returned from a short trip to Gatlinburg. We stayed at Kirkland’s place unit 34. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Cozy cabin in a rustic, park-like setting with a secluded hot tub. We were only a mile from downtown Gatlinburg so we did not have a lot of car time. We will definitely return.

Nice place to stay

Very nice cabin close to downtown. Trip was with my wife and 6 m/o and we had a great time. The appliances were all nice and new. Cabin was clean, hot tub was clean and worked great, not much more you could ask for. Communication with the host was also good. We had no issues issues or complaints during our stay and would book this cabin again. Something of note; the parking situation is less than ideal if traveling with a truck. The drive way is cut back into the hill, in a fairly blind turn, and likely wouldn’t fit a crew cab truck with a long bed If not traveling with a truck, no issue at all. Again, not an issue, but something to keep in mind if you have vehicle choice

Amazing getaway!!

I can not say enough about this little place. It is very clean, has everything you need to cook, big bath towels, and the hot tub. Our stay was just what we need to wind down and relax.

Clean, private, cozy cottage close to attractions

This home was exceptionally clean, private, and comfortable. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear and helpful, leaving us with no confusion or questions whatsoever. It's located within minutes of downtown Gatlinburg just off the Parkway, but still far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property for a couple's getaway!

Couples Getaway

Property was very cute and ideal for a couple looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. Cabin was clean and bathroom was sanitized before we came. Hot tub wasn’t properly cleaned and didn’t have a cover, we didn’t end up using it. We saw a bear about 10 feet from the front door at one point in our stay.

Quiet and Close to Gatlinburg and the Park Entrance

Cozy little house that was well maintained and clean. We drove to the park entrance each day between 8-9am, and had no issues getting a close parking spot for a daily hike. For 3 days in a row a Black Bear visited the house area, he was eating nuts that fell from the walnut tree so we had to watch out for him before coming and going. the Wifi was adequate for us as we worked remotely from the location some. I would definitely return again.

Great location - Bear sightings daily!!

My wife and I enjoyed this place. She wanted to see a bear and it didn’t disappoint. Her dream was to see one soaking in the hot tub but alas that was not in the cards. Besides the bear peeping, we also enjoyed the location relative to Gatlinburg. Parking at the lot outside of town was a breeze so we could walk up and down the street. Hiking was awesome with great trails and short drives to them. We went to see the leaves and picked a good time in early October. My recommendation to the host is to add at least one more towel and wash cloth in the kitchen.

Amazing!!!

This property was perfect for our stay in Gatlinburg! If you are making plans to go to downtown Gatlinburg, this is the cabin you want because it is so secluded but also only a few minutes to get to all of the attractions. The cabin was so clean and everything was exactly as the pictures show!

Father/son weekend

I have three kids and when each turns 13, I take them for a weekend trip. This past weekend was my second child’s turn. This cottage was perfect. Close to the Main Street in Gatlinburg but felt like further. The best of both worlds! The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Check in was simple and the hosts were extremely responsive. I’ll recommend this place to others and may end up back here again myself.

Peace and Quiet!

Very peaceful stay. We saw bears in the yard across the street our first day, including a mama and 2 cubs, which was amazing. The same yard had 3 barred owls before sunset. Lots of green, just the urban respite we needed, and very convenient to the Smokys, restaurants, and other conveniences.

Disappointed

Hot tub uncovered therefore dirty Outdoor furniture dirty. Nothing there for us to clean it with. No rug or mat when you come in the front door. We had pouring ran, we were soaked and nothing to wipe our feet on. Lack of towels. 4 towels for two people in 4 humid days is not sufficient. Most days we taking more than one shower. Towels didn’t dry before you needed them the next time. When we got caught in the rain nothing to dry off with. No curtain on bathroom window. Anyone can see in. No tissue. The layout of the cabin was very nice. Kitchen and bathroom were well maintained and clean.

I was really pleased with the location, and cleanliness of the cabin. Close to activities and restaurants. My only complaint is that there was no cover for the hot tub. It had grime stuck in the bottom of the seats, so my husband had to clean it before we could enjoy it. Other than that I was satisfied and would stay here again.

We felt at home away from home in this cute little cabin surrounded by beautiful trees. My mother's day weekend with my son was amazing. Bed is super comfortable and the jacuzzi was delicious. I will stay there again. We love it! Jazmin
