"We had an early morning flight out of Atlanta. This hotel was perfect. We turned in our rental car the night before and walked 7 steps to catch the tram to the airport the next morning. The hotel was clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful"

"After we got there employees told us that due to the amount of people currently staying it was Valet Only. There was only one or two valets working at the time so we had to park in a make shift line, check in, then gather out things and head to the room. Room was very clean and well stocked. Property was in a location that felt secure especially with my two kids under 10. "

"The shuttle bus from the airport was very confusing but after more than an hour a bus driver who originally wasn’t supposed to help us, took us to the hotel.
The carpet in the corridor on ground floor was impossible to roll your suitcase over. "

"More options in the 24 hour kiosk would be better. My kids got in at 1am. They were hungry and there wasn’t a lot of options for snacks. A couple kinds of chips that my kids have never tried. And we know kids are picky!! lol the popcorn was great option! But the hotel was great! "

"Our stay was simply for relaxation and to watch the planes. It was so nice to sleep at night hearing the planes taking off and landing. Loved access to the balcony at your hotel. We just stayed at a hotel in Midtown where the balconies were sealed shot (to our surprise). We will definitely stay at your hotel again."

Unfortunately it was not that nice of a hotel.
I looked very old and tired.
The room was very big ans spacious, but old and very used.
In the bathroom there was black hairs at the sink and in the shower.
The toilet had a lot of stains from the previous guests.
The only thing I can find positive was the transfer service to and from the airport."

"We received a smoking room. When we contacted reception we quickly received a non-smoking room.
Generally the hotel seemed a little unkept, with drawers that couldn't close and litter on the carpets in the halls."
"So it started with it's airport shottel didn't showed up, after 45 minutes i tok a taxi. Waiting 30 minutes to tjek in because there was nobody there, where she finely got there she was on the fon with here boyfriend while she tjek me in. Next morning i come down for breakfast the didn't have breakfast but the had a snack back. The one who was working in the morning was werry nice and friendly. The shottel back to the airport worked fine."
