"This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. "

"Very charming and clean! We were so fortunate to find this inn. After looking for a place downtown that could accommodate us and our need for separated sleeping arrangements we had no luck. Our room was so comfortable and set up to give us the privacy needed. It was easy to get in touch with any questions we had."

"Roost Cleveland was fantastic! From the parking being super easy, staff being super at check in and the room itself, I’ll always look to stay at any Roost! This was our second one, the first being Baltimore, and Roost NEVER disappoints! Can’t wait for the one in DC to open!"

"Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Great views and staff was excellent. Room rates were great and felt very secure. It would be nice to be on same floor with family as we booked two rooms together at the same time and we were two floors apart. A bit far from Bar district but Ubers were very accessible, "

Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. "I think you need a bigger valet space. Very convenient for activities. Staff were very friendly especially the man and woman bartenders. A lot of homeless people wanting money. Restaurants were only blocks away and were very good."

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We didn’t have time to use the pool unfortunately but it looked clean and refreshing!

"Service was ok while checking in, some of the front desk employees seemed aloof and didn’t care if you were standing there waiting in line while someone cut in front of you etc. Also upon check out there was no help offered for the 100$ hold that is placed on your card at check in (which they don’t even tell you about either). The room was beautiful but the air conditioning vents were super dirty and dusty and the cold air blew right into my face when it was on giving me a sore throat over...

"Check-in was great. I wish they offerednl regular chocolate chip cookies instead of the ones with nuts in it. The shuttle service makes staying here worth it. They'll take you anywhere within a mile of the hotel and the drivers know that area well. I would stay here again."
