"What an incredible place to stay. The view doesn’t get any better than this. It was a little slice of heaven relaxing by the pool and staring at the sea. This place is a short drive to old Nice and the beaches, providing a place to rest after playing all day. We can’t say enough good stuff about Rose. She’s friendly, generous, and very helpful. She met us as we arrived and made sure we were settled in properly. She was always available to answer questions and even brought us mini croissants...

"Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Ausstattung top. Auch Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ganz ruhige Lage. Strategisch ist man gleich auf der Schnellstraße Richtung Küste. Chillige Terrasse. Zum zentralen Pool ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort auch 2 Tennishartplätze und Basketballkorb. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

The property provides you with a well-equipped kitchen and terrace on the top level and a lovely double bedroom, living room area, shower room and utility room on the lower level, accessible either via an internal spiral staircase or through the garden.
