"Hello,I wanted to reach out regarding a couple of concerns our group experienced during our stay. When we arrived, we noticed a significant amount of mouse droppings in the basement area and even in some of the beds. "I don’t think this property is set up as a vacation rental, especially in beautiful upscale Saratoga Springs. Felt more like a room for your college student child. Tiny shower (24”x24”), terrible internet streaming service, no microwave, furniture very uncomfortable, leaking bathroom fixture. Check-in was problematic…wrong entrance code provided while standing in pouring rain. "Beautiful view and very cozy. We loved hanging out in the living room or on the porch. Parking was a little tight. Fit one car easily, but the second car was a bit tight. One note - none of the bedrooms really have doors. We didn't have any issues with it, but something to note if folks were looking for more privacy.Lizzie was great and responded to questions quickly and clearly. What a lovely area to stay in!"
