Hoteller nær Gaines' Mill Battlefield

"The staff there is amazing. My room was beautiful, but some of the amenities in the room. There's no way to know how to use them. And my air conditioner smelled like chemicals, and I was sneezing all night and I had a running nose and you could tell when you walked in the room. It was a different smell. Then the the hall.. And if you put it on sixty eight, you are freezing. And if you put it on seventy two, the heat came on... A little too crazy for me"

"Excellent customer service! Provided service with a smile! Will return to the Hyatt Select Richmond!"

"Stay was great"

"Check in was handled by an outstanding employee who answered every question and helped us with setting up bus transportation to the airport next morning. Sheck out employee was rude and unfriendly seemingly mad at me for thinking my bus was at 415 rather than 420. He was annoyed i took him off his computer maybe."

"Food was great"

"It was good enough for a night bed was comfortable. The ac was loud and everything is pretty dated in the common areas and messy like stepping back into 1990s. Reminded me more like a nursing home with the layout, decor and smell. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. I hope they all get a good severance package and set up with a new job. As I heard the place is sold and they’re tearing it down. So I guess that explains the lack of maintenance and cheap offer Expedia should...

"Airport shuttle was great."

"Amazing place after a long day at Kings Dominion."

"Always the best around!"

"Great location, close to airport. Rooms are comfortable and staff was welcoming. We asked fir a late check out whi h was accommodated without hesitation. Good food options available right in lobby. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one."

"Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!"
