"Before you book, this is an older cabin, so be aware and don’t judge it for being older. It’s cozy and comfortable. Of course it needs some fixing here and there, but what doesn’t? Mainly the bathroom, but it functions as it should. The air conditioning works very well!! The cabin is right on the water. If you have a boat trailer it’s harder to maneuver in and out of the driveway, but it can be done. There’s a washer and dryer if needed. Plus internet and all the different apps for...

"Nice and quiet and way off the road, you’re on a farm with animals, yet it wasn’t noisy at all, they would greet me every morning at the fence to say hi, lol.The rooftop A/C drowns out any noises around the area, we slept great throughout the nights there. Owners were super responsive and helpful, we were there to look into moving into the area and take in nature, everything was great."

"Everything was as advertised, we loved the property and the area, being right across the street from a boat launch was very convenient. The only thing is the local highway is literally right outside the front door so there is road noise all day and night, we bought some ear plugs and had no issues sleeping. Mary's communication was great and very helpful, we hope to stay here again next time we are in the area."

"Great little "cabin" that is well thought out and has amazing use of space. The beds were super comfy and the cabin is well stocked with soft towels, water, cleaning products, etc. It was perfectly located for our visit to the area. My only notes (not complaints because none of this really deterred from our visit) is that there is not dedicated cement or rock parking for the cabin. You have to park in the grass; which wouldn't be an issue at all had I not had motorcycles that needed hard...

"This listing is PERFECT!…. It was very clean, with plenty of space. Comfy beds. Lots of towels. The dock is great for morning coffee, and the paddle boards/kayaks were a nice touch. The hosts left us with coffee, and biscuits/eggs/sausage for breakfast one morning - which was very nice!The location was only about 20 mins from Gadsden, and Rainbow City was only about 10 mins away, and had everything you’d need (we even DoorDash’d dinner one night).I would DEFINITELY recommend this listing!"

"The location is perfect. I would have given 5 stars on everything but there was no internet which was clearly stated that there would be. No big deal we maxed out our HotSpot data lol! One other thing is that the beds are in the lofts only. The A/C does not push the cold air up there, it was hot the first night, so we went and got a small fan to push the cold air up and it worked out great. So bring a fan with you. No issues other than the above and they were no deal breakers, we loved this...

"The map on Vrbo places the location in downtown Guntersville when the actual location is a few miles outside of town. It was a nice home and we appreciated the stocked laundry and bathroom amenities. All in all a great place to stay."
