The tiny home is exclusively yours during your stay, so relax, unwind, and enjoy. Access to our 8 tiny houses is via large gravel driveway.

The guest will access the home using a Smartlock with a code sent shortly before check in located in your INBOX check in instructions. Please refer back to these when using the

House Rules:
1. Knot Working does not allow smoking of any kind any where on the property, commercial photography, events or parties.

2. Please DO NOT eat in the loft areas. You may incur additional cleaning fees.

3.
• Maximum of 1 pet under 30 pounds allowed and must be over a year old.
• Well trained pets only. Use of piddle pads is not accepted.
• Pets must be crated if left alone and barking contained. We do not provide these crates so you will need to bring one with you. Please, when considering a crate size, keep in mind these homes are under 400 sqft.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, throw pillows OR in the loft area.
• No aggressive breeds allowed per our insurance.
All pets must be leashed while outside.
• To prevent us from having to charge our guests excessive cleaning fees, PLEASE clean up after your pet. This includes fur, dirt, mud, urine, vomit and feces. We provide rags and cleaning supplies UNDER the kitchen sink, a broom and a vacuum. Please do not use our white towels/washcloths to clean. Use, abuse or staining of bedding or towels may result in guest being charged for excess cleaning/damage/replacement fees up to $150.00.


4. $100 Security Incidentals Hold (exactly like a hotel) Required on all reservations and will be held (preauthorized) 1 day after check in. Hold to be processed by host on guests credit card. May be reauthorized during a long stay.

5. Reservation payment will be charged to the guests credit card at time of booking by the host credit card processing company under "Knot Working Cabins". All cancellations incur 10% processing fee and cancellations within 14 days of check in will receive 50% refund of nightly rate minus a 10% processing fee.

6. Absolutely NO cleaning or discarding of fish in our cabins, garbage or dumpster. Please clean your fish at the lake.

We totally get it—no one loves rules, including us! But we’ve had to put some guidelines in place based on what we've learned along the way. We really appreciate our amazing guests who love our place as much as we do and want to help keep it great for their return visits and for future guests!

1. All overnight guests must be registered at time of booking. 4 Guests max.

2. Please do not eat or drink in the loft or bedroom areas. You may incur additional cleaning fees. Lofts are best suited for active adults and older children, require the use of steps and a low ceiling entry/exit.

3. Do not unplug the WIFI. The door locks, TV's and cameras require the WIFI to work properly.

4. Check out time is anytime prior to 10am to allow our cleaning company time to properly clean and sanitize the home.

5. No parties are allowed. If we suspect a party we will contact the booking platform to cancel your reservation with no refund.

6. Parking is available and to the left of the cabin only on the gravel pad. Absolutely NO PARKING is allowed in front of the cabin or blocking the driveway/road at anytime. The road in front of the cabins must be accessible at all times for emergency vehicles. All vehicles parked in front of the cabin or blocking the road will be towed at owners expense.

7. All guests are required to follow all postage signage.

8. No smoking of any kind including cannabis is allowed inside any of our cabins. If you must smoke cigarettes, please pick up your butts and discard in the silver canister by the stairs.

9. Please treat our home as you would your own. Staining or destroying linens will result in guest being charged 5 times the replacement rate.

10. Pet Policy: Pets must be disclosed and $25 fee due at time of booking. If we do not use this fee for excess cleaning fees, we donate to a local animal shelter, A New Leash on Life.

• Well trained pets only.
• Please do not allow your pets on our furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, throw pillows OR in the loft area. To help all our guests enjoy their stay, please use the couch cover and old sheets provided to cover linens.
• Pets must be leashed while outside.
