So people understand as you enter the property you have the lounge area , kitchen and covered dinning area . On this floor is a bedroom and bathroom. "This was a short trip for some spring sunshine and we were delighted with the villa. The pool isn't massive but perfectly adequate... Although there is no shallow end so not ideal for smaller travellers. The hottub is ace and given the outlook from the villa you can sit and watch the sunset from the hottub. The main outside area gets the sun from early morning right through to sunrise.The villa is ideally located for Marina Rubicon... A gentle 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars. ...

"Great place, quiet but 5 minutes from shops and a 10 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina. Address is a but tricky as the street sign for Calle Cyca4 is missing, there is a notice board on the wall where it should be that has a map showing the property. Overall we had a great stay."
