  • In the town of El Roque in northern Fuerteventura, Villa Vista Malpei is nestled in the tranquil landscape just outside of Cotillo, one of the most beloved spots for surfing and other water sports.Exuding a charming rustic atmosphere the holiday home consists of an open-plan living/dining room with wooden ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with 1 single bed and one with a king size bed) as well as 2 bathrooms, so it can accommodate 5 persons. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine as well as satellite and cable television. Moreover, the property is especially family-friendly, as it offers 2 baby cots, a children's bed, a highchair, toys and bikes for both 2 adults and 3 children. In the outdoor area of the fenced, 1000 m² property, you will find everything you could dream of for a restorative vacation. The large pool with a jacuzzi is open all year round and lined by regional plants and comfortable sun loungers. Relax under the afternoon sun and refresh yourself in the crisp water or take a dip in the evenings when the pool lights illuminate the water. On the generous veranda, you will find an upscale grilling area with a dining table, where you can prepare and enjoy culinary specialities. There is also a lounge area where you can savour a glass of wine to round off a long day at the beach. A supermarket as well as a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located in the centre of Cotillo, which is just 1.8 km or a 4-minute drive away. Additionally, the sandy beach Playa De Los Lagos, which is known for being a great surf and water sport area, is just 2.8 km or a 9-minute drive from the property.



    Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The homeowner lives in the house next door but guests have complete and utter privacy.

Schickes Haus in ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war bei unserer Ankunft sauber. Die schöne große Terrasse und der Pool waren für uns das Highlight. Im Garten selbst kann man gut Vögel beobachten und durch die ruhige Lage sehr gut entspannen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert, er hat auch auf Fragen zeitnah reagiert. Cons: Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

What a stunning villa! Beautifully landscaped garden with pines, cactuses and bougainvillea, as well as a lime and papaya. A wonderful heated pool and jacuzzi. Great living space and bedrooms. Cool shower with an outside door to shower under the stars or the sunshine. Lots of inflatable toys for the children, bikes to borrow, plenty of games. Very close to El Cotillo (1 mile) and its beautiful beaches, great bars and restaurants. Nito the owner is extremely helpful and accommodating. A fantastic property in a great area of Fuerteventura.
