The location (walkable to downtown Overland and local pool; peaceful tree-lined streets); the yard (squirrels and bunnies and fireflies); the unit (spacious; clean; well maintained; beds and bathrooms for everyone; great kitchen); and the hosts (responsive, helpful). "The owners were wonderful - they even had farm fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge all the extra linens were brand new - we had two teenage girls who loved the shampoo/conditioner in the room. I asked for an updated confirmation multiple times and she kept saying that I would get the corrected address information the day before check-in with instructions. Everything made me feel welcome and at home it was like I was staying with my grandma.
