Perfect Vacation on Fripp

Bedroom 1: king bed upstairs with attached master bathroom 1 (shower, double vanity, makeup station ). This bedroom has private balcony with 2 outdoor lounge chairs. 65” TV.



Bedroom 2: king bed downstairs. 55” TV



Bedroom 3 (perfect for kids): 6 twin bunk beds (2 upper, 2 lower, 2 trundle). Lots of board games, Wii, toys, drawing activities. 55” TV



Bathrooms (2) downstairs and upstairs: shower and single sink. Initial supply of toilet paper (2rolls per bathroom), laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, sponge, and paper towel is included for the first day or two.



Living room: one couch and one loveseat. 55” TV.



Front porch: seating area with table and chairs.



Back porch: grill, chairs, table. Direct access to the backyard. Both bedrooms downstairs have access to the porch.

Grill type: propane. If you run out of the fuel, please refill the tank. Walmart has refills.



Parking: space for 2-3 cars directly next to the entry.



Golf cart: 6- seater electric cart. Please be understanding if it breaks and needs repairs we are not always able to provide replacement.

We have beach chairs, towels, and beach toys.



Our house has shared concrete wall (duplex style) with neighbor of the left. Each place has separate entry and does not share any front or back space.



Amenity cards not available, cannot be purchased.
