The Living room area features new furniture and a large flat-screen TV with Roku which allows family and friends a place to gather. Fire up the new gas grill on the screen porch and enjoy a meal. The dining table seats 6 with another 3 seats at the stone countertop bar area. The dining area is open to the well-stocked kitchen recently updated with quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, LVP flooring, and large sink to accommodate large pots for those low country boils. The appliances are stainless steel with a 4-burner electric stove/ oven combination and refrigerator with ice maker. The laundry room is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen to make cleaning easy for those wet towels from the beach.
