"I just want to say this place was just like you need it had it all everything was well taking care of and the boys enjoyed the room with bunk beds but I would love to check this place out again so if you need a place the is clean and places to eat that are close this is it "

"Nice property in the arts district - within walking distance to Spring Street bike trail, food/coffee/ restaurants (Sawyer Yards, etc.), art studios, and Target. Clean property. Enough space for 6 adults or a large family given 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Along the railroad track but sound is not a major disturbance. Neighborhood is nice though a couple properties next to the unit are rundown (other post mentions this). Would stay again! "

"Just completed our third trip this year to this charming escape. CVS and Whole Foods are a block away to boot. Katy and Mehdi are super responsive to inquiries and check in was a breeze!"

"The host was particularly responsive to all our request. The property was very comfortable and safe. We had packages delivers and received everything we ordered. The property is located in the 3rd Ward of Houston located across the street from an elementary school, which cut way down on excessive street traffic. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable although it was clean and relatively new. "
