"Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you "

We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....

"We had an issue with our room but it was sorted in minutes by a lovely workman , spoke to the owner and he was really lovely and helpful , the workman even offered to help my disabled husband up the stairs . We really enjoyed our stay and planning to come back again !!!"

"Nice superking bed. Small balcony with two chairs and a table looking onto a golf course. You do need your own transport. There is a railway station a few hundred yards walk away but the trains only stop there twice a day. Really nice helpful staff."

Downsides were the shower curtain was tired/old/dirty and the towel rail was on/hot in the height of summer with no ability to turn it off. This felt like a waste and bad for the environment as well as heating the room up when it wasn't needed. Also the shower temperature could not be changed, so it was cold for ages then very hot, with no ability to do anything about this!"

Staff were brilliant. Check in was smooth and we managed to get into the room a little early.
The room (we stayed in 319) was as described, it had a very big balcony with a view to the sea. The bathroom was quite small but we could live with that to have the balcony and views.

"Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely.
I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted,
I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again"

It was my first time staying over in Skegness and I can safely say that if I were to come again I would stay here without hesitation. The room had everything I needed, lovely and clean and such a quiet area which was an added bonus, also within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything you'd need which makes this location is perfect. "The bed was terrible compared to last time I can and the room was sooo hot but last time I came it had a fan I come to Boston regularly and I’ll still be booking in but if this could just be fixed but overall it was fantastic apart from not having a fan and the bed being not tidy and bathroom messy with no handwash "
