Quaint and close to Main St.

Great location
Great list cation, cozy cottage, the only thing that needs to be changed is the bed, it is was uncomfortable and very noisy. We could hardly sleep. Change the bed and I would have given 5 stars.

What a wonderful stay in this cute, private, cozy cottage! We came to Fredericksburg for a long weekend getaway to celebrate my 50th birthday and the location did not disappoint! Able to easily walk around town to explore, shop, wine tasting, and fabulous food choices. We will definitely be back!

First time in Fredericksburg
We loved this place! Great location, easy walk to Main Street. The house was the perfect size for my husband & me and had everything we needed. I especially loved the beautiful stained glass window in the bedroom. This was our first time in Fredericksburg, but I know it won’t be our last!

Perfect location!
We enjoyed the Keurig with K-cups and creamer on-site. The bed was super comfortable. It is a really cute cottage and the perfect location next to Main Street.

Great property. Needs a little work.
We loved the property itself and the location could not be better for both walking and driving. The unit is very cute and roomy (except the bathroom). We would stay there again if we knew the following items had been corrected. 1) The shower drained VERY slowly. You ended up standing in several inches of water which could have easily spilled out into the rest of the bath. 2) The bathroom sink area could have been cleaner. The sink itself had bits of stuff stuck to it and the mirror and walls around the sink had splatters. 3) There is no toilet paper dispenser. 4) The fridge had so much frost in the freezer section nothing could fit in. We should have called management about these items while we were staying, but didn't want to be disrupted by repair or cleaning people. Management was very helpful when we called about another problem and took care of it right away.

Convenient and Clean
The place was very well kept. Perfectly located to be able to walk wherever we wanted. Great price. Good parking. Check in / check out was easiest I've ever experienced. Only complaint was property specific.. would prefer a little more bathroom privacy. Everything else was 100/100.

Great location and atmosphere
The cottage was very quaint and cozy and ideally located, and although we absolutely loved the stay, our only issue was the late communication for the address and the key box code, as well as the bed. The bed is very soft and sags in the middle so people with any kind of back problems, beware. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would happily stay there again.

First time visitors
The cottage was even cuter in person and actually larger than it looks in the photos. We were close enough to walk to Main St. and Hill and Vine. The attic fan is a little loud but we got used to it. The place is adorable and has everything g you need.

Great location to Main St. Really no need to move car. Noticed small refrigerator wasn't worked when we got in. Called management & maintenance came right over & this was a Sunday! Very impressive & he got it working in record time also!

Fredericksburg Wildflower trip
There was no hot water upon my arrival. The next morning I had to take all my toiletries to another unit to shower. They got the hot water up the same day. There were no cereal bowls. I ate my cereal out of a wine glass.

Anniversary weekend
The property was pretty much as advertised. We loved the location. Close to all the shops downtown. The only issue was that the TV was in the bedroom and there was only one chair so the other person had to sit on the bed to watch it. It would have been nice to have it in the living room so we could sit on the couch. Otherwise, it was good.

The location of this lovely cottage is great. This little house was roomy enough with it's large living room and bedroom. The high ceilings and stained glass window created a very nice interior ambience. We were one block off Main St., able to all the highlights of downtown Fredericksburg.

Great location, clean space. Old uncomfortable bed
The space was located perfectly in town. However, the property could stand to upgrade the bed. A noisy and uncomfortable spring mattress made for sleepless nights. If you're a light sleeper, a single shift at night would wake you or your partner up. Also, the toilet seat is cracked so it pinches you if you sit down on it.

Had a nice stay very close to shopping and restaurants. No extra amenities included and frustrating that in wine country and there wasn’t a wine opener in the room. Fire pit was nice but no wood available.

Perfect venue for self care!
This was the perfect venue to indulge in a little TLC self care! Beautiful, comfy cottage in perfect proximity to the downtown shops and restaurants. Communication with property manager was excellent; cottage was very neat and clean! Looking forward to my next stay!

Comfy, cozy & great location
We had a wonderful stay celebrating our 25th anniversary! Easy walking to all Main Street shops, tasting rooms, & restaurants! Lots of music on the weekends. That being said if your are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. We could hear the music nightly till midnight, but it didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Very close to Main Street and we had an excellent stay. Enjoyed sitting on the porch mornings and evenings. If you like to sleep in complete darkness you will need to bring one of those sleep masks. Otherwise wonderful place.

Loved the property and it being one block from downtown. Everything was clean and worked well. We walked from the property to the museum, shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that I asked for an extra hour at checkout on the check-in form and never heard anything back.

Great stay!
Property was cute as described. Clean and accommodating. The only issue was check in. I never received the second email which informed me where the key was, code, or emergency number. I called the property number which said to drive to another location and use the phone number posted on the door. Contacted that number and asked for the info to be sent. It wasn’t in junk or spam email but the property number was kind enough to inform me over the phone the process to enter the property. Dispite the initial issue with entry into the property, it was nice.
