"Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. The back patio and man cave were special treats and wonderful places to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it was nice to interact with neighbors who are friendly. "This place is fantastic. Tons of space for everyone. The downstairs family game room kept us and more importantly the kids busy. The furniture is very comfortable and places to sit for all. Town is only a few minutes away but the house is secluded. Don't think we heard a car pass the house all weekend and no neighbors in sight.10 out of 10. "

"We had a great stay! The home was very nice and clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. There was even coffee and a coffee maker included. We stayed two days to ski at Holiday Valley, and enjoy Ellicotville. We were able to walk to town, it was just under a mile, and there are sidewalks the whole way. I’d definitely stay here again! "
