"Quiet cabins! Helpful staff "

"This was mine and my husbands' first trip to Maine and Wanda made us feel right at home. She was always quick to respond and helpful with advise and recommendations. This little Dyers Bay cottage was such a nice place to come back to after an afternoon of exploring the area. We were blessed with perfect weather and temperatures and the sunsets were beautiful. We missed the sunrises because, being from KY, we never realized that it gets daylight at 4:30am, lol. We wish it was that way in KY :)...

"The cottage was nice for what we needed which was a place to shower and sleep. It was a little further from Acadia National Park (about 45 minute drive one-way). Allen was very kind and welcoming. The grounds were in need of some care and we are pretty sure there was a mouse in the cottage."

"Great solo trip option and completely as advertised. Nice spot for getting to the National Park especially the less explored Schoodic Peninsula but not a taxing drive to Mount Desert Island either. Great small town with several eating options along the main road. Cabin was nice for charging devices and keeping drinks cold and refreezing ice packs. Even the portapotty was clean! Beautiful scenery right on the water, nobody out in the bay when I used the kayak. Would highly recommend this spot if...

"As soon as my spouse and I walked in, it was almost like a magickal getaway! The lighting, the smell, the atmosphere overall was so relaxing and warm and inviting! Amanda had so much prepared and setup for easing into our vacation, getting comfortable, having the little things ready for the morning. The yard is on a forest active with birds and squirrels and other critters - even saw a wild turkey! AMAZING PLACE! Wonderful! Thank you!!!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage was small, but had everything we needed. Being right on the water was beautiful! It was a little chilly in the evening, but that fire pit was awesome! We had a nice fire to help keep us warm. Loved how private it was, never heard or saw anyone during our stay"
