Old on the outside but fine on the inside
The hotel seems old from the outside, but inside everything is OK. Our booked room wasn't available when we arrived but the staff helped us with another room. Everything was good. Very good breakfast indeed.

Close to airport
Nice and close to airport with free Shuttle bus. However the fitness is old and very small and need a make-over . Also 19€ for breakfast is a little overpriced

Uheldig og kold oplevelse
Mit værelse var koldt og der var problemer med brandalarmen så jeg blev vækket, heldigvis kun sent på aftenen, for det havde været rigtig trels at blive vækket af falsk alarm midt om natten. Måske derfor at værelsets opvarmning ikke virkede, hvilket jeg påtalte om morgenen, men hotellet fik ikke fikset problemet i løbet af dagen, så jeg tilbragte to kolde nætter der. Vælger et andet hotel næste gang, for prisen stod slet ikke mål med den leverede ydelse.

Udemærket hotel hvis man ønsker at bo i nærheden af lufthavnen. Gratis shuttlebus til og fra lufthavn er et plus. Værelsesgange virker nedslidte, men resten er ok.

Fint hotel til transit... Pengeskabet på værelset virkede ikke, så der var ikke noget at gøre ved det så vi skulle vente til mandag (vi var der en lørdag) og dette er ringe service (jeg kunne godt selv skifte de batterier og få det ordnet... Ellers fint hotel som ligger lidt væk fra alt undtagen lufthavnen som blit er 5 minutters kørsel i bus.

Hotel Maecure Frankfurt Airport var bare ok !
Efter en lang togtur fra Flensborg til Frankfurt var Mercure Frankfurt Airport et rigtig godt hotel for en enkelt overnatning inden vi dagen efter skulle flyve videre til Cuba. Godt værelse, god bar og en rigtig god morgenmad, at der også var bus fra hotellet til lufthavnen var bare helt fint !

Vi betalte 410 kr. for en overnatning ved at bestille forud. Til den pris er vi meget tilfredse med hotellet og overnatningen. Synes dog at priserne for morgenmad 19 euro og parkering 15 euro/dag er lige i overkanten, og betjeningen i baren og restauranten er umanerlig sløv. Dog er kvaliteten af det serverede i top.

lækkert hotel med stor rabat via hotel.com
Når prisen kun er ca. 60 euro for et værelse der normalt koster over 200 euro synes jeg at vi har gjort en god handel ved at booke det på hotel.com et virkeligt pænt og rent værelse med super god fri WIFI tilslutning. Eneste ulempe er deres pris på 19 euro pr. person for eksempelvis en kop kaffe og et rundstykke om morgenen. Men det kan man jo bare lade være med :-)

Fint hotel pænt og rent
Hotellet er pænt og rent med gid service. Gratis shuttlebus til airport hver time og 2 gange i timen i peak hours. Lidt dyrt at spise på hotellet men 5 min gåtur derfra ligger en fantastisk god italiensk restaurant med fornuftige priser.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vienna House 👍everything was perfect and I loved the fact that they are close to the airport and that they offer airport Transportation for a reasonable price. If i ever come back to Frankfurt Vienna house will definitely be my new favorite place to stay ♥️

Leider war das Haus in Renovierungs Arbeiten. Dadurch war die Sauna, auf die ich mich sehr gefreut hatte, geschlossen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und ich werde sicher wieder in dem Haus Übernachten.

Zum Frühstück morgens um 6 gab es keinen Kaffee. Erst um 6:55Uhr lief die Kaffeemaschine. Wir haben dafür nur Schulterzucken von den Angestellten bekommen. Der Koch stand im Speisesaal und hat laut erzählt, dass er 2 neue in der Küche hat die nichts können. Das halbe Haus war eine Baustelle. Positiv war die Sauberkeit und das bequeme Bett. Aber das hat sich nicht gelohnt. Für den Shuttle zum Flughafen muss man noch extra 8€ bezahlen. Leider war es insgesamt nicht sehr gut.

Check in / check out was done very quickly -excellent. Front desk ordered us a cab ( because it was raining and we chose to take the cab instead of shuttle ) which arrived for pick up early to get us to airport on time !!! Excellent SERVICE BY ALL !!!

After check-in and unpacking my luggage, I realized the refrigerator was not working; first they told me that someone will come to see, but then I was told to check-in in another room, therefore packing my suitcase again after a tired 19-hour flight. The limited number of clothes hangers do not have the bottom part to hang your pants, I did not expect for apologies from the staff, but instead, to hear a ´joke´ about it is too much! There is no phone in the rooms, so for all this coming and going you have to go down and wait in line to be attended again. The air conditioning dial does not seem to be working so I had to keep opening the window. The shuttle bus is so limited (from the hotel finishes at 9:40 and only starts again at 18:30) that I had to take taxi most of the time, including the last day to pick up my suitcases and go back to the airport. Also, the shuttle bus stop is a block away and in the open air, so when it is raining is quite unfeasible. I bought vouchers for the shuttle bus ahead and because of the limited schedule, I had one extra to which I asked for the refund, but received no reply, only a ´smile´ from the attendant doing the check-out. Definitely do not recommend this hotel, there are far better hotels that I stayed in the vicinity.

Regarding the minibar, while we do not offer a filled minibar due to our current rebranding process, we apologize for any confusion regarding its functionality. We're also aware that the lack of a phone in the rooms might have added to the inconvenience, and we're looking into ways to improve our communication channels for a seamless guest experience. The air conditioning should be adjustable in each room for personal comfort; we regret that it seemed unresponsive and will investigate promptly. The shuttle service is indeed designed to provide convenience, and we regret any inconvenience caused by its schedule. We appreciate your feedback on this service and will be reviewing the frequency and hours of operation. ホテルの部屋は清潔感があり、フロントの応対も良い。ただし部屋には通常ホテルにあると期待する物が置いていなかった。 例えば、アメニティーは、手洗いのHand Wash と、シャワー室にHair & Body Wash が1本のみ。Conditioner 無し。日本から、ヘアトリートメントを持って行って正解でした。ティッシュも無し。湯沸かし器も無いため、あたたかい飲み物(Tea or Coffee)飲めず。ドイツのホテルって通常こうなのか? 立地は空港から無料シャトルバスで10分以内なので、距離としてはOKだが、ホテルから空港まで戻るのは無料ではありません。ホテルでシャトル代を支払うと€8だが、バスの運転手に直接だと€4でした。ホテルの周辺は徒歩5分くらいの場所にスーパーマーケットがあるのみ。安いのでこの立地は仕方ない。

We came just for one night as we had a connecting flight the next morning. It was easy to get to with a shuttle bus to and from the airport. Very comfortable stay.

Hotel ist ok. EUR 27 mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen. Restaurant erst um 18.00 Uhr offen. Shuttle zum Flughafen wird angeboten fuer $ 8.00 vom benachbarten Moxy Hotel, die nehmen aber nur $ 4.00 fuer den shuttle. Das Moxy hat eine super lebendige Lobby mit Bar und serviert ein paar Mahlzeiten. Wuerde das naechste Mal das Moxy nehmen. Gutes indisches Restaurant 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt

Held the rsvp online but wanted to pay with a different card once there. Still charged the wrong card. Hotel had little to no amenities. Very bare minimum No iron. No coffee maker. No phone. Terrible wifi. No smart TV to stream or cast show. No vending machines except what was in the lobby.
