Weather you are a traveling nurse/ doctor, or your family is in between homes/ remodeling; this home will be perfect for just about anyone. We are dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible and giving you a “no place like home” experience.
We are located in Alliance Town Center nestled in between Crawford Farms and Heritage. (Two of the most sought out neighborhoods in North Fort Worth). You will have 2 spaces to park in the driveway as well as street parking (3 houses down on the side street so you are not parked in front of anyone else’s home). Please note * garage is locked for owners personal items, guest are not permitted to access the garage.
The recently remodeled interior offers a open concept layout perfect for entertaining with large windows looking out over the beautiful lush backyard and large sparkling blue pool and waterfall feature. The home is staged and designed with a organic modern feel to ensure a comfortable and relaxing visit.
The living room is furnished with lush and comfortable furniture and gorgeous accessories. You'll love hanging out as a group or watching TV on the 65” inch flat screen hanging above the modern sleek fireplace. The living room opens to the large, open kitchen with built-in appliances and lots of counter space as well as a large counter height bar with 3 oversized counter height stools with backing and leg support. You'll have everything you need in here to prepare your own fresh meals or enjoy some of our yummy local takeout. You are welcome to enjoy your meal at the counter height bar, or in our beautifully decorated formal dining towards the front of the home. There is also a fully equipped laundry room available for use right off the kitchen so you don’t have to overpack your luggage when traveling. On top of the oversized kitchen, living room, formal dining room, laundry room, and foyer; there is a half bath on the first floor.
Leading to the 2nd floor-
With 4 oversized bedrooms (all located on the 2nd floor) you will have plenty of privacy and room to fit your entire group or family. Each bedroom is furnished with your comfort and needs in mind. You'll be sure to enjoy a great night's rest on the luxurious linens and high-end furniture. The primary bathroom has an amazing standing shower and relaxing soaking tub, plus a large vanity space.
Primary room: 1 queen bed, sitting area, 2 nightstands + dresser, walk in luxurious modern bathroom with stand alone shower and seperate tub.
Cloths racks for luggage. (Closet locked with owners items stored inside, not permitted for guest to access)
Guest room 1: Queen bed, 1 nightstand, walk-in closet, flat screen (smart tv for all your favorite apps like Netflix and Hulu.
Guest room 2: Queen bed, 1 nightstand, walk in closet, projector with 110” inch movie screen equipped with fire stick for all your favorite apps like Netflix and Hulu.
Guest room 3: (same size as primary bedroom) Oversized cloud sectional perfect for lounging around or sleeping. This sectional is designed as a pit that is larger than a king size bed. This sectional can fit up to 5-6 adults comfortably. For sleeping it would fit 2-3 comfortably. 1 walk in closet, projector with 130” inch movie screen equipped with fire stick for all your favorite apps like Netflix and Hulu.
Bar area: located right outside guest room #3. Equpied with a mini fridge for your favorite refreshments as well as plenty of bar space and cabinet space to hold items for your stay.
Large walk in closet: There is a oversized walk in closet located outside of room #3 and the bar area, perfect for guest staying in Prinary Bedroom #1, or for any other use your group may desire. Tons of hanging space, storage, and racks. This home has tons of storage space on the 2nd floor!!
We know this home is already sounding like the ideal booking, but we still haven’t gone over your very down BACKYARD OASIS that includes an oversized 9ft pool. The shimmering light blue pool, surrounded by a gorgeous waterfall is perfect for cooling off on hot days. The covered canopy area offers tons of shade for lounging.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
**CAR RENTALS~
We do offer car rentals as well. We have 1 SUV and 1 car (both Mercedes Benz) that is offered for rent on the Turo App. By you booking this air bnb listing, it is in no way guaranteeing that you will be able to book our turo listings, however we can send you our turo link if your interested thag way you can check if the dates are available. If they are, you are welcome to book our vehicles at the same time you are staying at our property. We offer pick up and drop off services from the airport as well. * PET-FRIENDLY STAY *
Don't leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
*POOL is not open during off season months. Pool is ONLY open during the months of May- September.
Book at your own risk, this pool does not have a toddler gate around it.
There are stairs leading to the backyard, as well as all of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. This home is NOT permitted for disabled/ handicapped due to the fact that you need to go up/ down stairs to access the bedrooms / full bathrooms, and the backyard.

* NO STREET PARKING in front of neighbor’s homes
No street parking allowed in front of anyone else’s home due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the driveway, 1 car in front of OUR HOME, and 3 cars on the side streets parked anywhere BUT in front of someone else’s home.
* NOISE LEVEL MONITORING & CAMERAS
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
We have also installed cameras out front and outback to ensure guest are practicing safety precautions while staying at our property. We do not have cameras inside the home to ensure your privacy.
**HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -
Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.
- PEST CONTROL -
This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
