"Great place for hosting a pool party w plenty of places to sit. Pool was big and we used the gas grill for a cook out. Plenty of parking space and very close to Publix food store. The pool was very cloudy and hard to see the bottom even though it was supposedly cleaned 24 hours prior to arrival. Cleaned as in maybe just netting the larger surface stuff just prior? Either way the kids had a great time in the pool, just wish it was clearer. Again this was mentioned in the post about the pool due...

"The host communicated everyday and was willing to solve any issues we might have had. Located close to Gainesville (15 minutes). A few good restaurants nearby especially Watershed. Not a kid environment at night but food was good. If you want to sleep more than 6-7, bring an air mattress. John"

"Very cool, private setting with friendly goats. The only thing I would suggest is to fill the fish tank in the one bedroom as the noise from the filter is constant. Great place to stay if you visiting Ginnie Springs. Would def stay here in the future."
