Lovely 6th-floor condo with pool and tennis court, gym, elevator, gulf views

Newly renovated, this sixth-floor, 1,453-square-foot home has new floors and new indoor and outdoor furniture. It also boasts a 30-foot balcony with plenty of room for sitting and enjoying the view. The living room features a queen-size sofa bed, a TV, and free WiFi. The condominium is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a microwave and a dishwasher. The primary suite includes a gulf-front balcony, perfect for watching the marine life with someone you love, while the kids enjoy their favorite movies on the TV in the second bedroom, which also includes a dedicated workstation for remote workers and students. This home is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, so you can keep everyone looking their best during your stay. You'll find lots of shopping, dining, and activities in Fort Walton Beach and Destin, both less than eight miles from the home.

The huge balcony for this property offered an excellent unobstructed view of the beach. Interior was clean and contained everything needed for my stay. I will definitely book on my next stay in the area.

We visit the Gulf coast almost every year. This was a short stay, but this particular unit was hands-down the best we've ever stayed at. It was freshly updated, clean, and HUGE. We will be back.

Great place!! The only problem we had was the thermostat, it was locked at 73 degrees, which is a little too stuffy for upper 80 degrees days. Other than that it was perfect!!

The patio furniture was amazing! The bed was amazing! The condo was amazing! My favorite condo at the Surf Dweller, and that is saying a lot since we stay at the Surf Dweller every year.

The condo was huge, and we all loved it. It had everything we needed, and the view outside the master bedroom was GORGEOUS every morning. The host was quick to answer when we needed her.

Fabulous!

This was our second year at Surf Dweller, and we loved it! The condo was exactly as described and even included little extras like beach towels. The balcony furniture was so comfortable; we spent every morning and evening out there! My family and I can’t wait to return next year!

April getaway

Loved every aspect of this condo. Booking and comms with mgt were easy and without issue. The deck and deck furniture are fantastic, as is the whole condo. Plenty of space. Beach service was great as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Our condo as beautiful and well appointed. The facilities were clean and it was the perfect spot on the beach. The condo itself was comfortable and we were very happy with the accommodations. It was clean, but I can’t give it 5 stars here. There were a few housekeeping issues. The kitchen sink had not been rinsed and I found a floss pick, vitamin supplement, and something sticky on the front bedroom floor. The ice machine has mold around the dispenser, which is something easily missed unless you are using it. The beds were very comfortable. It also had 10-12 extra pillows, but no pillow cases for them. The door to the patio doesn’t lock, but it’s on the 6th floor, so it wasn’t a big deal to us. Despite these minor issues, we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place

Clean and spacious. Beds and chairs are comfortable. Tons of pillows available. Nice outdoor furniture. The views in the balcony is amazing. I would gladly comeback!

Wonderful Balcony Furniture!!!!

Loved this condo!!! We have been renting on Okaloosa Island for several years because it is less crowded. What we enjoyed most was having comfortable furniture on the balcony. Kudos to the owner for rhinkin will be staying here again!!!! It was so nice to have some comfortable furniture on the balcony to sit on and enjoy listening and watching the ocean. We hate the wooden furniture especially those that sit up high.

Relaxing!

Condo was very clean and comfortable and easy to get to and from the beach! Beach service was great! We spent all of our time on the beach but when we ended our day at the beach the condo felt like home. We definitely recommend staying at Surf Dweller 602

Beautiful condo beach view

We loved entire condo! Plenty of room to be extra comfy, plenty of storage for luggage clothes etc. Nicely decorated beach theme. We loved sitting out on balcony watching the waves and at night the fireworks. Much appreciated the Beach towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Everything was amazing! Would def book again next summer! Ps check the main shower door and balcony door little hard to open and close.

Beautiful Vacation

I’ve stayed at Surf Dweller many times over the past 15 years. This was one of the nicest units we have rented. The open floor plan gave lots of room. The furniture on the patio/balcony was ACTUALLY comfortable. The view was spectacular and the company was very helpful. Will stay here again and again!!!

Perfect Family Spot!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much! It was the perfect size for our family, and the views were incredible! It's a short drive to restaraunts, the convention center, and mini golf. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils & cookware, and it's so nice to have a washer & dryer in the unit. Tiffany was very helpful on the phone & in messages. The beach chair setup was also a nice perk! We'll definitely be back!
