SeaCrest 501A - Beachfront Studio Free Seasonal Beach Service

Seacrest 501A is a remodeled and updated studio condo with fun coastal vibes. It is perfect for your next beachside vacation. Located on the 5th floor, this 390 square foot condo can sleep up to 2 guests. It has a kitchenette which includes a small fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Please note: there is no freezer but ice is available for purchase onsite. There is a small seating area and a King-sized bed. This spacious room also offers access to its own balcony with amazing views and polywood outdoor furniture. Enjoy hours of fun and relaxation on the extraordinary sugar sand beach with free beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) from March through October. You will love having your own designated spot every day! Just check in with the beach service provider down by the water. You will appreciate the convenience of the stackable washer/dryer after a fun-filled day of vacation adventures. For work or play, there is free high-speed Internet. Unit has a carbon monoxide detector and hair dryer.

This was my first time staying in a condo and I highly recommend this property! Ease of checking inn and convenience to everything without being in the middle of it all! I will be staying agian very soon! The Host was the most helpful with any problems I had. She was very helpful with any questions I had about local restaurants close by .

The big feature of this efficiency is the view. You can see the beach and ocean from the bed, through two different windows! It also has a nice deck with table and 2 chairs.It's perfect size for a couple, but cannot really handle more than that. The owner pays for beach chair/umbrella service. They set up early each morning and we had chairs waiting for us every day. Beach is clean white sand and water is crystal clear.Only downside is the refrigerator is a dorm-type with no freezer compartment and no ice. Because this is a condo and not a hotel, there are no ice machines. We bought ice at a Tom Thumb 1/2 mile down the street and kept it in a cooler - minor inconvenience.

Cozy & Clean

This unit was soooo clean! The whole facility was very well taken care of. I’m an OCD neat freak & I was impressed! Even the patio was free of sand! I was amazed.The view is impressive! I was concerned about the sun setting in the West & blazing in the unit but it was no problem. The AC worked great & the breeze was amazing out on the patio. Commutation for check in was very easy. We were arriving later than 5pm. We text back & forth with quick, easy instructions. Plus a phone call to tell us where to go & park.The bed in this unit is soft. The water pressure was good. A few things to note for preference. If you are looking for quite all the time, this is not it. There are a lot of families & kids. The balcony is right over the pool & there is the typical noise that comes along with it. It’s in the thick of things & makes for a little busier area. But not as busy as Destin.The Beachview restaurant next door was convenient to walk to & delicious! Be sure to get the cornflake French toast.We would definitely stay here again.

Family trip

We went with family and all booked the same hotel using vrbo. It wasn’t until upon arrival that we discovered our rooms didn’t all share the same private beach. So that was extremely annoying to have a public beach between us. I would verify with your host which beach is yours and who is the beach attendant company. LDV was one of the beach attendant companies and Mike was spectacular; drastic difference than the other company (who our room host unfortunately used). Also the listing says they “include your starter set” of toilet paper, but after our 8 hr drive our room didn’t even have 1, so we stopped in the lobby and she said they aren’t supposed to give us any but made an exception. It was a dollar store roll, so definitely stop by Publix before checking in. There is also no dishwasher, even tho they supply dishwasher detergent and tell you to run it before checking out. The views from the room, and the easy access to the stairwell and beach were great! Overall we enjoyed our beach trip with extended family!

Love this little studio.

This is a long building and this unit is on the end toward the ocean. Couldn't get a better view in this property. It was perfect for the 2 of us. We had 3 days of wifi problems but they finally fixed it. The only thing it lacks is an ice maker. We just keep buying bags of ice and keeping it in the cooler. The refrigerator worked great as did the A/C and hot water. We'll definitely consider staying here again.

The description was very accurate. The views were amazing. It was very clean and nice for a couple. The only issue is the elevator is in the middle of the building and if you stay on the end of the building like we did the elevator is not convenient. It wasn't a big deal for us, but if you had several kids or elderly that can't walk long distances it would not be a good unit to rent. It also faces West so you get the afternoon sun and cannot sit on the balcony if the weather is hot. That is not anyone's fault, I will just be more careful about facing west in this building.

Wonderful Stay

We love Okaloosa Island & thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view was the absolute best, room was clean, check in & communication was the easiest of anywhere we have stayed to date & staff was super friendly. Beach access was effortless as well. We would absolutely stay again & again. If we had any complaint it would be the pillows were just not comfortable, but that is likely just personal preference and wouldn't stop is from staying again.

Great View... BUT NOISY

A wonderful lock-out room with a great view and balcony overlooking the emerald coast. Bed was very comfy and room was perfect for a couple. The only downside is the "lock-out". The door separating the lock out rooms was not adequate to reduce noise. EVERY sound from the neighboring room could be heard. Babies crying at 7am and people talking at midnight. It was NOT pleasant without earplug...sometimes even WITH earplugs This is the only downside to this room... but it is a deal breaker. We will not return due to the possibility of very a LOUD neighbor with only a door between the rooms.

Spring Break Beach Trip

Beautiful efficiency condo space with a great view of and access to the white sand beaches. Property was just as described and exceeded our expectations. Only thing missing was a hot tub but well worth the money we paid!

As advertised! Great views, on the beach with umbrellas & loungers put out every day. No hot tub & no smoking. At the end of the hall from the elevator but the price you pay to be at the beach end Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves 😁

Amazing views

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this property. The view is breathtaking. The unit is small but worked perfectly for just the two of us. I will note the tub struggled to drain, the fridge is a small dorm style fridge with no freezer and there is no dishwasher. Otherwise it was a perfect unit. The only real complaint I have is we had people below and above us smoking weed that made sitting out on the patio unbearable at times. Highly recommend this to a couple looking for a get away that will give you breathtaking views whether you're sitting out on the patio or laying in bed.

I loved my rental! I love the area. I can’t wait to go back!

Many pluses to this rental- AC in room was phenomenal! The bed was so so comfortable!! View was amazing! Space was perfect! Only a few minor details that I would change- I had to find things like shampoo, and I had no freezer for frozen goods, and there was a few mixups on times for housekeeping and maintenance for a stovetop issue, but otherwise, it was a lovely stay!! I would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what it says it is

Very clean! This condo sets at very end of building with unobstructed view of the gulf. 5th floor. Only downfall about this location was no sidewalks or restaurants within walking distance. You have to drive to everything.

Almost Great

The unit itself is fairly nice. The electrical outlets don't work in many locations and the elevators are in terrible condition. Not enough supplies in the room.
