Fall in love with this enchanting beachfront condo on the sandy shores of Okaloosa Island. This Island Princess Resort condo is a one bedroom/one and half bath suite that is beautifully decorated and recently updated. Perfect for couples and solo travelers, there are also hall-way bunkbeds are available for families with small children.

Watch early morning sunrises and evening sunsets on your private balcony while the sound of the waves echoes from below. This contemporary beach condo has a fully furnishes kitchen with everything you’d need to make that “beach themed” Pinterest recipe you’ve saved. The open floor layout lets you watch the emerald waves of the ocean right from your living room! The master bedroom features a king bed and has an attached bathroom with a shower/tub. In addition to a cozy bunk bed alcove in the hallway can comfortably sleep two children, there is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area.

Only steps away from the sand, this unit offers Complimentary Beach service, two chairs and an umbrella per unit is available from March 1st to October 31st. Extra seating available for reasonable fee.

Property was clean, bed was comfortable. Like how the bathroom was set up for our group it worked well. Nice location and noise wasnt bad being busy and above pool. With the door shut noise was minimal.

Breezy Oceanside Balcony

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The walls were so insulated, we did not hear our neighbors. The view of the ocean and the pounding of the waves created a great background for a relaxing getaway!

Our trip wasn’t that great, but it was because of the weather ,, rained everyday .. if we had not extended our stay to one more night we would have only had 2 hours of sun the whole week .. the last day we did have a full day .. the condo was great for the 2 of us

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Island Princess 308. Nestled right on the shore, this charming retreat offers breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves crashing just steps away. The interior is beautifully designed with a blend of coastal elegance and modern comfort, featuring spacious living areas, plush furnishings, and tasteful decor. The house is well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bedroom is cozy and inviting, with a comfortable bed. The deck is perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying sunset cocktails, while the private beach access makes it easy to enjoy a day by the sea. The property also includes bbq grills. They provided thoughtful touches like beach chairs and boogie boards. Whether you are looking to unwind or explore, The Island Princess is a perfect choice for a beachside retreat.

June Vacay

We truly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was just as nice and clean as advertised! We had no issues with anything while we were there. The only complaint was that a couple of families dominated the pool area one evening and were screaming and yelling the entire time. They were also blaring loud music. At other times there were families playing music but it was not concert loud. This was our second to last night there. Other than that our stay was fantastic and we would choose this place again if we decide to return.

Perfect Birthday Getaway!

We absolutely loved this condo! It's right around the corner from the elevator which was so convenient. The inside is beautifully painted and decorated all throughout. We loved the idea of bunks built in the hallway wall and would be perfect for children. The bathroom(s) were like a reverse Jack-n-Jill bathroom and very adequate. The king size bed was super comfy and the fan/lights combo was really nice. The kitchen is modern and bright and looks out to the beach while you're standing at the sink. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, glasses, etc and the colorful children's sets were so cute. Loved the "coffee" coffee cups too! The living/dining room was very comfortable as well and also look out at the beach. The balcony was perfect to see everything on the beach in both directions as well as the pool directly below.

5 nights at Sugar Sands Resort. Ft. Walton Beach

We stayed in a one bedroom condo facing the Gulf. It had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Great kitchen, dining area and living area all open and facing the Gulf. Our condo was very clean. The beach was just steps away and they even provided nice umbrellas and chairs.

Nice place

Spring break travelers made the place a pretty loud, lots of late night people in the hallways and we are right by the elevator. The beds are at the back near the parking lot and elevators. Condo is right above the pool so lots of noise from people and kids enjoying the pool. Loved having the beach chairs set up for us! What a treat, the sand is beautiful, saw dolphins from our balcony. Fun watching the surfers. Close enough to walk to the pier. Why no coffee filters and dish soap?

Clean & convenient location

Overall all I was extremely happy with this rental. I stayed here with my 5 yr old autistic daughter and the cleanliness and easy convenient beach access was a draw for me. The unit is located right outside of the elevator which was helpful in unloading the car. I was informed that there was going to be construction on the fifth floor However, by the time we got there it was literally outside of our condo where the top of the parking garage was. They also start at 7am sharp. The walls are very thin, similar to apartment buildings. We heard the upstairs neighbors dragging luggage & chairs every morning at 5am. Also I was informed that the last day of our stay there would be no water as the complex was replacing a water pump. Water was supposed to be off from 8-2:30. It was almost 5 before it came back on. I took my daughter shopping and out to dinner since we couldn’t stay at the condo. Since I wasn’t planning on staying inside for most of the days this didn’t bother us. The downside to this unit was there were no children’s plates, bowls or utensils. If you’re child is fine using heavy dinnerware you will be fine. Also, there is only one lock inside for your door and it is easily accessible to small children. Please note there are trash chutes on the north & south end of the complex next to the elevators for you to dispose of trash. You are located exactly in between both. Again, this unit is extremely clean, beautiful decorated and convenient to everything.

Loved it!

My friend and I came for vacation, and we absolutely loved the condo. It’s so clean and updated. The beds are comfortable -even the bunk beds! The condo is well stocked and very convenient to the beach. I hope to rent this same unit again next year. The only negative was the construction that started at 8am and the mess around the elevator area on the ground floor. It didn’t affect our stay but was just an annoyance, otherwise our stay was perfect.

Summer vacay

Rainy week, lots of time indoors. We had trouble with a few things within the condo, but overall it was just as advertised, very comfortable beds, the furniture seem to be brand, new, very clean.

Perfect place to stay on the beach!

My favorite part of my stay was the view! The condo was clean and had every convenience. Great location if you want a quiet comfy stay with convenience of being close to Publix and local restaurants. Can’t wait to come back❤️
