Endless coastal activities await you nearby, yet you can also stay within the complex and enjoy a dip in the shared pool, play with the kids at the splash area, or play a few sets of tennis at the on-site courts.



Inside, comfort awaits with lovely furnishings, loads of natural light, and a full kitchen that will be handy for whipping up anything from a picnic to bring to the beach to a gourmet meal. The living room will be the hub for entertainment as free WiFi, two sofas, and a TV can make movie nights a no-brainer. Not to mention a bunk bed is also in the living room for extra sleeping space if needed. End each night on a relaxing note with a glass of wine on the private balcony and recharge for another full day of fun.

Things to Know

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands are provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit's maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

Wristbands are not required for beach access
