    Destin West Villa 410 is a comfortable Gulfside studio villa designed for relaxed coastal living. Ideal for couples or small families, this inviting unit accommodates up to four guests and offers a bright, open layout with beautiful water views from the wrap-around balcony.

    Inside, the villa features a well-equipped kitchenette perfect for light meals, along with both drip and Keurig coffee makers to suit every preference. Additional conveniences include a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and cable TV. A private washer and dryer make this villa especially well suited for longer stays.

    Guests enjoy full access to the resort-style amenities at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort, including beach access, multiple pools, a fitness center, and the popular lazy river lagoon located bayside via the pedestrian skybridge.

We were super impressed with this condo! If its just you and your better half, this place is perfect! Great location to the beach, pools, lazy river and even the bay which was way less crowded than the beach. Grocery store and gas station basically across the street! Will definitely book here again!

First Family Vacation!

This was the perfect spot for our first official family vacation with baby! The condo had just enough room for all of the things needed to set up for baby and the beach chair access was perfect! Considering making this our permanent vacation spot!

The property was in a great location for pool and beach and good restaurants. You can hear the traffic, so the balcony and living room were not relaxing spots. We were mostly out and about, so it was a perfect spot for the two of us.

This villa was clean and the parking was very convenient. Located right by the walkway so going back and forth between the beach and lazy river was very convenient. We loved it and the pools/beach/lazy river were all wonderful!!

Family Trip

Overall we had a great stay. The room was exactly as pictured and was a short distance from all pools, the beach and the bay. It was also just a short drive from all of Destins main attractions. The only downfall I could say is you can hear the outside main road traffic due to where the condo is located, but it honestly wasn’t bad and my kids slept right through it.

Heaven on earth

If I could find a place that is close to heaven it would be on Okaloosa Island. Property manager was sweet, answered calls and responded promptly. This is my new happy place!!

Destin Family Vacation

We had a great time during our stay. This is our new favorite vacation spot. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed and great for our family of 4. We needed Holly and Mike one time and I emailed at 6am not expecting an immediate response but they responded immediately. They were great with keeping us in the loop with CoVid restrictions as well and answered all of our questions

This property was EXACTLY how it was listed and all photos are accurate. This place was perfect for my husband and I. It is right off the elevator and in the MIDDLE of the beach and lazy river, the location couldn’t get any better. We were pleasantly surprised about how big the balcony was, we sent most nights out there. The bed is a tad stiff but that would be the only complaint. I would absolutely love to rent here again.

Perfect for a couples get away!

Condo was perfect for our short getaway! Room was located in between the pools and beach which made it easy. Balcony had beautiful views of the dunes in the distant. A short walk to the boardwalk and pier for dinner and drinks. Read carefully though as we did not realize beach chairs were not provided at this resort. You can rent them on the beach for full or 1/2 days.
