Ocean Harbor 105A - Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with views of Estero Bay! Just across the street from white sand beach, next to Publix grocery. This monthly condo has everything you need to make Fort Myers Beach your next home away from home! This unit features a large kitchen, dining room, nice bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and two balconies.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a king bed. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower as well. Maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Linens are included! * We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Ocean Harbor (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. *

Ocean Harbor is in a great location near the middle of Fort Myers Beach, right next door to Publix grocery. Behind Publix there are also a few restaurants and attractions such as Snook Bight Marina and Junkanoo Below Deck! Not mention that just cross the street from the Ocean Harbor complex is the white sands beach, making this complex a perfect snowbird destination.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. There is a $100 registration fee for guest party to be registered with the Ocean Harbor association. This fee is included at the time of booking, and is non-refundable.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
