Lounge chairs provide plenty of pool side seating for you to kick back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful South Florida sun while shrouded in privacy by gorgeous palm trees. Plenty of space to grill and enjoy the warm weather. Large patio umbrella if you prefer shade!

🍳 Newly remodeled chef's kitchen featuring HUGE kitchen island where you can gather with friends and family. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, water, and everything you need to cook during your stay. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dining utensils are all provided.

🛌 Four bedrooms; Master Suite with luxurious king bed; two additional private bedrooms with double beds; and a fourth private bedroom with two twin beds.

🛁 Three full bathrooms with showers. Master Suite has attached master bath with soaking tub.

💻 You may connect your own work laptop to our high speed WiFi to work from paradise!

📺 Brand new 4K "Smart" TV in each bedroom and main living room. Each TV is equipped with Roku so that you may log into all of your own streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. You will be automatically logged out of all of your streaming accounts at the end of your stay.

▪️ City noise ordinance prevents loud noise or music after 10PM. The property is private, but located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Any noise complaint may result in immediate termination of your reservation, without refund.

▪️No smoking inside the home (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc)

▪️No pets without prior approval.

▪️Please do not move or re-arrange any of the furniture or decor.

▪️Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left in unusually poor condition, to compensate our cleaning staff for extra time. We do not require any crazy chores, just that you clean the grill if you use it + please dispose of all trash.
