Required $62.15/night resort fee paid at check-in (to the W hotel) provides the following amenities:

Pool Access:

Should you require same-day bookings, early arrivals, or late check-outs, we will consider and permit such requests whenever feasible. Please do not hesitate to inquire. We do our best to accommodate your needs, but there might be instances where adjacent bookings or unforeseen circumstances such as repairs or maintenance may not allow us to meet all requests.

In maintaining a pristine environment for all our guests, we do not allow pets.

Our property is a smoke-free zone. We kindly ask you to respect this policy, as failure to do so will result in fines and potential further action.

✖ Cancellations ✖
Unless otherwise stated on the Platform, Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund less processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund less processing fee, for all Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will receive no refund and will be charged the full amount of the stay (including fees and taxes).
We are excited to open our home to you but we do have a few house rules.

Please note that this is a residential condo. Parties, events and loud music is not tolerated. No additional guests over listing capacity of the condo, without prior written consent. Be courteous to the neighbors and avoid being overly noisy outside at night. Quiet time will begin at 11 pm.

No smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on the property including the patios. This includes vaping, marijuana and tobacco products.

We love animals but no pets are allowed on the property.

The premises is not to be used for any illegal activities.

Breaking any of the rules outlined above will incur a $500 fee per occurrence.

Late check outs must be approved by the host. If an unapproved late check out occurs, the guest may be charged for an additional night.
