- IF LOCAL AUTHORITIES ARE CALLED INTO THE PROPERTY DURING THE GUEST STAY, THE SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

This is a NON-SMOKING/NO-VAPING home. If smoking outside the home, please make sure you have closed all windows and doors, so smoke doesn't drift inside the home. Ask your host for checkout instructions (spoiler alert: we take care of everything because you are on vacation).
This Home has outside perimeter cameras for added security and an ADT alarm system. Per Vacation Rental law in South Florida, all Airbnbs are required to have a noise monitor to comply with noise ordinance. No parties allowed. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM daily.
